A new session of Rooted is starting.
We weren't created to walk through life alone. And yet, even inside the walls of church, so many of us do — surrounded by people, but trying to navigate life and faith alone.
A recent study of churches across the U.S. found that 39% of church goers say they're unengaged in a consistent community — and even more striking, 56% describe their spiritual life as something entirely private, something they carry quietly, on their own. Maybe you've been attending LifeBridge for a little while now and you're ready to step into something new.
The upcoming fall session of Rooted could be just the thing you need to jumpstart some relationships and deepen your faith. Rooted is a 10 week small group experience, hosted onsite at LifeBridge during the 9:30am service on Sundays.
Rooted is a way to connect at LifeBridge.
We believe in Rooted so much because it cultivates and encourages a depth of spiritual rhythm and a connection in our church. In fact, many of our small groups that meet in homes began with people who attended Rooted, made meaningful connections, and wanted to continue on in community with one another.
What will I do in Rooted?
Over the course of 10 weeks you will meet in groups with others in your stage of life and walk through 7 practices of following Jesus every day.
The Rooted lessons focus on 7 rhythms of faith modeled by the early church in Acts: Daily Devotion, Prayer, Repentance, Serving, Sacrificial Generosity, Sharing Our Story, and Worship. Each week you will do daily readings from the workbook on your own, preparing you for a group discussion when your small group gathers. Every experience during Rooted is designed to help you embrace the rhythms of faith that can bring about lasting life change.

Rooted will meet at 9:30a on Sunday mornings, so plan to attend the 8a or 11a service before or after your Rooted meeting. Sign ups close on Sunday September 6th, so reserve your spot today!
